WayR provides AI-powered travel planning and navigation tools. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. Accounts and Coins

To access certain features, you may need to create an account and purchase WayR coins. All coin purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.

Coins are non-transferable and have no cash value. Your coin balance is tied to your account. For information on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WayR and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WayR be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
